Syringoma, a benign (non cancerous) skin tumour, presents as multiple small, raised lumps and is in the dermis (deeper part) of skin. Excision (removal by cutting with a knife) is the most appropriate method of treatment. Even though there are multiple tumours, as long as there is some skin left between the areas removed, healing is quite good, especially in areas such as the eyelid or neck.
